NUR 773 - RESEARCH PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT

College of Nursing

Credits: 3

This course focuses on writing a fundable research proposal that directly addresses criteria specific to the funding agency. Emphasis will be on preparation on an NIH pre-doctoral fellowship proposal. Topics covered include choosing the appropriate grant, writing the actual proposal following all guidelines, choosing collaborators, understanding review criteria and revising.

Prerequisite(s):
Prereq: Enrollment in doctoral program in Nursing and NUR 765, or consent of instructor.
Approved for Distance Learning.
